When the inviting aroma of fresh baked cakes, pies, and cookies first filled the air at McMillan's Bakery in 1939, who could have guessed that this small family run bakery would grow to be such a South Jersey staple? One thing is for sure, Evelyn and George McMillan, the founders of the establishment, didn't think it would.
Our primary goal was, and still is, offering our customers the finest pastries and breads you would ever taste.
Using only natural ingredients, such as out fruits and nuts, we have never compromised on out age old recipes… no exceptions. By adhering to a strict standard of quality and freshness, the word of McMillan's spread from town to town.
Today, McMillan's Bakery maintains a firm commitment to quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. Under the ownership of Arline Biemiller, McMillan's has now been managed by the same family for 75 years. The daily menu of appetizing cakes, pies, cookies, muffins, and a bunch of other pastries, continues to be bakes fresh right on the premises, still using the freshest ingredients we can lay our hands on.
